Which union tactic strikes one critical plant that supplies parts to many other plants?

1. A full strike across every plant is expensive for a union, because it must support all its striking members. 2. A selective strike targets one critical plant instead, chosen because it supplies parts to other plants. 3. When that plant stops, the assembly plants downstream run out of parts and have to stop too. 4. A small number of strikers therefore halts production system-wide. 5. A boycott works on customers and a picket line works on public opinion, so neither stops production directly. 6.
