1. India's uranium reserves are mostly in the Singhbhum copper belt. 2. Jaduguda mines in Jharkhand are the principal source of uranium ore for India's nuclear programme. 3. Jharia is India's largest coal reserve; Kolar (Karnataka) has historic gold mining. 4.
