1. The Lesson 1 paragraph on the Companies Act, 2013 records that the Act received the assent of the President on August 29, 2013. 2. The Act was thereafter notified in the Gazette of India on August 30, 2013. 3. Various sections were brought into force from such dates as the Central Government notified in the Official Gazette. 4.
